A badge is a collectible keepsake. It will not gain you access to the event. You must have a valid wristband to be allowed to enter the event. The wristband provides you IN-AND-OUT ACCESS to our convention for the specific day or full weekend you buy.⁠

If you purchased your badge/wristband online, bring your QR code to Badge Redemption to pick up your badge/wristband. Badges/wristbands can be PICKED UP onsite early on Thursday from 10am-4pm and Friday from 10 AM – Noon. If you can’t pick up early, they can be picked up at any time during the event.

Didn’t buy your badge/wristband in advance? No worries, they will be sold at the door as well. You’ll just have to wait in line, and it can take longer. ⁠

Our staff will be looking for your confirmation QR code. They can scan it off your phone, tablet, or printed page. After scanning, they will give you your badge/wristband!⁠

After you’ve redeemed your badge/wristband, you’ll pass through our enhanced screening security checkpoint. Then, you’ll step into the wonder of El Paso Comic Con!⁠

You’ll have access to the Exhibit Hall. You will also have access to the Juarez Panel Room and the El Paso Events Room. The Celebrity Row Autograph Area and Rio Grande Events Room are included as well. You can also enjoy our entire Events and Activities schedule*. This includes Celebrity Panels, Signature Events, Spectacular Showcases, and After Dark Parties.⁠

*Seating is not guaranteed at any specific event because of room capacity limits. We do not clear panel rooms between events. A few workshops, charity fundraisers, or special events do require a separate paid admission.⁠
