El Paso Comic Con 2027 Exhibitor Application

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at El Paso Comic Con 2027. Please complete the application below. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All exhibitor spaces are juried and subject to approval by event management.

All sections of this application must be completed in order to be considered. Please note that all applications are juried. Our goal is to curate a diverse exhibitor hall that offers attendees a wide variety of unique products while minimizing repetition of resale items.

Booth Information

El Paso Comic Con offers Vendor Booths $550 (10×10), Artist Booths $300 (10×10), and Wall Booths $350 (8×10). Each booth includes:

  • One table and two chairs.
  • Two (2) exhibitor badges for the first booth purchased.
  • One (1) additional exhibitor badge for each additional booth purchased.
  • Up to two (2) additional exhibitor badges may be purchased while supplies last.

Exhibitor Services

If you require any of the following: Electrical Service, Parking Passes, Internet Access, or any other venue service vist the Exhibitor Services Page and complete/submit the form for the service you need. Additional venue service fees may apply.

Artist Alley Requirements

Artist Alley is reserved exclusively for artists. By applying for Artist Alley, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No third party selling, reselling, or distribution permitted.
  • Merchandise sold must be your own original work.
  • Fan art must comply with applicable copyright and fair use guidelines.
  • Mass-produced merchandise is only permitted if the artist created or directly participated in the creation of the artwork.
  • Exhibitors selling copyrighted or licensed artwork must possess the appropriate licenses and be able to provide documentation upon requiest.
  • Priority is given to print media artists, especially those producing original comic book art, graphic novels, webcomics, and sequential storytelling.
  • AI-generated artwork or AI-generated products are not permitted in any form. All artwork and designs must be original, human created work.

Exhibitor Rules & Policies

Event management reserves the right to remove prohibited merchandise or deny participation for violations of event policies. By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No booth transfers permitted.
  • No table sharing permitted without prior written approval from event management.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws.
  • All exhibitors participating in El Paso Comic Con are required to have an active Texas Sales Tax Permit. This requirement applies to both in-state and out-of-state vendors. The permit is free and can be applied for online at the Texas Comptroller’s site.

If your application is approved, you will receive a purchase link via Tixr, where you may choose to pay in full or enroll in a payment plan.
