Dear El Paso Comic Con Vendor, We are so excited you will be joining us at El Paso Comic Con! This year’s show promises to bring the best pop culture entertainment to El Paso for a truly epic weekend. We want to make sure that you have a great experience at the show. Please use this letter for the essential details you need to know as a vendor at El Paso Comic Con. You should have received a Vendor Information Packet containing the load-in and tear down times. You can also find it under the VENDORS tab on the website. The event hours are also located in the packet. Please adhere to all the rules in the packet. Vendors must wear their wristband on their wrist while in the venue during show hours, no exceptions. A wristband worn around the wrist is required for entry into the venue. Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced. If your wristband is lost or stolen, you will need to buy another for entry into the event. Additional vendor passes will be sold during load-in at the registration area in the Mount Franklin lobby. Additional vendor passes are limited to 2 per exhibitor. The additional passes will be $50 and carry the same perks as a normal Vendor pass. These additional Vendor passes are first come – first serve. A vendor pass comes with a few perks. We allow Vendor Pass holders to use the VIP/Vendor line. This allows you front of the line access at most autograph, photo op, and venue concessions. Please do not leave excess garbage in the Exhibit Hall after tear down. The event incurs a hefty bill for excess garbage removal. Please take your garbage to one of the dumpsters in the loading dock area. Tear down will be monitored to ensure excess garbage is not left in the Exhibit Hall.
